Motorised Safety Hand Winches
CES motorised winches are designed with simplicity and safety in mind. The winch is ideally suited to the toughest of industrial applications within harsh environments. CES motorised winches range from a 500 to 13000kg safe working load.
Features:
- Simple conversion to hand operated winch by disassembly of motor/gearbox allowing winch to be used in the event of any motor issues.
- Use only quality bearings (no bushes) extending the working life of the winch and limiting failures.
- Thicker side plates than other winches – common failure point.
- Fail safe ratchet brake system – self activates under load.
General notes:
- Safe working load calculated on full drum
- Load tested on first layer of rope (empty drum)
- Wire rope can be winded on winch in-house
