Safety Hand Winches
CES Safety hand winches allow for easy installation and use without the need for and electrical connection. The models and designs are the same as the motorised version except instead of an external motor and gearbox driving the internal gears, the winch is manually operated.
Features
- Use only quality bearings (no bushes) extending the working life of the winch and limiting failures.
- Thicker side plates than other winches – common failure point.
- Fail safe ratchet brake system – self activates under load.
General notes
- Can be supplied with winding wheel and motor/gearbox can be easily assembled if required.
- Safe working load calculated on full drum
- Load tested on first layer of rope (empty drum)
- Wire rope can be winded on winch in-house
