Electrical Control Panels

Control panels are essential for the efficient and safe operation of industrial winching systems. Designed to provide precise control, monitoring, and protection, these panels can be customized with various features to meet specific operational requirements. Whether for simple manual control or fully automated systems, CES Winches offers robust and reliable control solutions to enhance performance, safety, and ease of operation.

Forward reverse control panels

CES standard forward reverse control panels allow for simple operation of a winch in either forward or reverse direction, standard components include:

Can be fitted with extra components such as:

PLC Automatic tension control systems (DOL and VFD)

CES supplies two types of automation tension control systems, Direct on Line (DOL) and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). The required load range is set by the operator during commissioning, a signal is received from the load cell which is accurately converted to a tension load experienced on the conveyor belt, the control system will actuate the winch to either tighten or release based on the system requirements.
